The Stone Center for Yoga & Health is dedicated
to providing yoga, yoga therapy and wellness programs that

This one phrase encapsulates the philosophy that guides all programs offered at the center. It captures the notion that there is a "yoga of living" in which each one of us can excel, regardless of age, health status, gender, or background. Be it in anatomy-based, breath-driven, energy-focused, heart-centered yoga classes, stress-reducing sessions that combat the rigors of life "off the mat," or sensible, intelligently designed fitness programs and trainings, students who come to the center are welcomed with warmth, acceptance and compassion, and a genuine commitment to help them attain their personal goals safely, in a spiritually supportive environment that is respectful of all backgrounds and traditions.

You will experience poses that work for all shapes, ages
and sizes,
beautiful, energizing pranayama (breathwork), and delicious
relaxation
at the end of each class. Spend the summer expanding your
yoga repertoire.
A great class for beginners as well as more experienced practitioners!
