Hatha Flow Yoga (Level 1 - 2)
A beginner-intermediate hatha & flow yoga class that combines attention to alignment with creative flow (vinyasa) sequences. Adaptations are given for students with injuries or restrictions.
Power Flow Yoga (Level 2+)
Our Power Flow Yoga class is an intense, detoxifying, empowering and completely engaging practice. It is a challenging, flowing, strength and stamina focused class that provides a powerful workout. This class will help you attain a stronger, more toned yoga body, and a calmer, more focused mind. Level 2+; experience with strong flow yoga required.
Yoga Essentials
This class is designed for beginning to intermediate yoga students who want to learn -- or revisit -- the foundations of our practice. Emphasis is on the basic poses of hatha yoga, yogic breathing exercises, easy-to-follow flow sequences, and a mindful, inward-directed awareness. The class is appropriate for those new to yoga, anyone wishing to develop a consistent practice, and yoga teachers wishing to teach with greater clarity and skill. All levels are welcome.

Yoga For Bone Strength
This is a class especially tailored to those with osteopenia or
osteoporosis, and those who wish to improve posture and build bone
strength. The class combines adaptive yoga poses with therapeutic
exercises from the worlds of physical therapy, Feldenkrais and Pilates.
Gentle Yoga for Stress Relief
Contemplative and calming, this class pairs gentle yoga with breath work, relaxation, meditation, and guided imagery. This class is perfect for students with health challenges, injury, arthritis or fibromyalgia, and those looking for a gentle, soothing practice. Modifications are offered so that everyone can enjoy this healing, stress relieving class.
Hot Yoga/Core Fusion
This class combines a challenging flow yoga class with a terrific core
workout, in a heated studio. The warmth allows your body to move and
stretch safely and easily. Come and sculpt a lean and toned yoga body!
Mindful Yoga
This class is taught at a contemplative pace that encourages exploration, focus, and the building of yoga skills over time. The emphasis is on precise alignment, carefully thought-out sequences, essential breath work, and the key element of mindfulness that allows students to quiet their minds and go within. Appropriate for beginning and intermediate students.
YogaSculpt
YogaSculpt is a dynamic Vinyasa Flow class designed with playful sequencing linking breath and movement. This class will give you the challenging cardio workout you crave, while toning and sculpting key muscle groups to help you look and feel your best. Challenge and strengthen your core, and sculpt those fabulous abs, with creative pose progressions, vigorous flows, and long holds. This strong practice will create a powerful body and a peaceful mind.
TGI Yoga
If you're just barely able to crawl across the finish line every Friday evening, we have the perfect yoga class for you! Roll out your mat, settle in, and let the instructors, Sharon & Judy, guide you through a series of mindful flow yoga sequences and yummy stretches that are sure to melt away your stress and leave you relaxed and ready for the weekend! Enjoy a group class that will feel like a private session: one instructor will lead the class, and the other will gently coax you into your optimal alignment.
Yoga Nidra (one hour class)

This class combines the ancient art of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) with a
contemporary understanding of today's best approaches for relieving
stress. Let the instructor's voice guide you through a few super-gentle,

Pilates
Pilates helps to create long, lean muscles, while enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, alignment and postural improvement. This class is adaptable to any fitness level, and the student will quickly gain strength and familiarity with Pilates.
